Branson Bowen, a native of Baton Rouge Louisiana, and his wife, Shelby Bowen originally founded BCM Ltd with a mission to bring value to the lives, and future of those who surround them. With over a decade of experience, education, and passion in Business, Commercial Real Estate Development, and client representation Branson aims to serve each client by solely relating, understanding, and implementing their long-term goals and mission for the future.
As a serial entrepreneur, Branson has started, developed, invested in, and sold a wide variety of businesses rendering him a clear understanding of what is needed to influence the bottom line and move each company towards its target.
Branson’s Real Estate Career started by jumping into the sea of sharks at the Fortune 500, Marcus & Millichap where single and multi-tenant NNN investments were the pinpoint of his investor’s portfolio. Branson then relocated to Orlando, Florida where his career brought the opportunity to represent tenants and landlords in commercial leasing initiatives and dispositions of their properties. Branson then organically transitioned into construction representation with a commercial general contractor as the Vice President of Operations and Partner, guiding clients through the construction process of new projects and ultimately rendering him a clear understanding of what is needed to bring commercial development to fruition.
From Fortune 500 companies to family-owned businesses Branson’s experience in profit & Loss, risk assessment, personnel management, Organizational psychology, marketing initiatives, and analyzing foundational structures to drive organic growth, place him as an effective leader in the industry and an Efficient team member to his clients. Branson feels that creating lasting relationships in business through integrity, honesty, and trust plays a key factor in the dynamic partnership of a business.
Branson spends his free time pioneering philanthropic initiatives to impact local businesses in his community and the commercial real estate and construction industry across the country. He feels there is a great need to connect professionals to help elevate the success of others while building the community.
